I unlocked new, high-value customer segments and generated revenue for Saks Fifth Avenue by collaborating with internal stakeholders and American Express to build growth initiatives that scaled key programs (Saks Platinum & Centurion Benefits, Membership Rewards Points) within our partnership.


My role encompassed the following key areas:


  • Marketing Strategy: I partnered with the Director of Business Development to develop an integrated marketing strategy (digital, social, print, experiential) focused on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and cardmember spending. I created, planned, and executed 360° co-branded marketing campaigns across 9 channels and ensured x-fncl alignment with department leads (E-commerce, Marketing Strategy, Integrated Marketing, Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, International, Creative Design, Marketing Operations, Legal), external creative agency partners, and American Express to launch these campaigns successfully. These efforts boosted email CTR by 23%, garnered 10M impressions across social media channels, and generated a 40% uplift in card member spending.

  • Campaign Optimization: To enhance partnership campaign strategies, I've conducted post-campaign analysis utilizing data analytics tools and presented actionable insights to key stakeholders. By leveraging metrics and partner feedback, I refined future marketing initiatives, yielding a 60% increase in customer engagement.

  • Partnership Expansion: I led the end-to-end GTM planning and execution of the Saks Centurion International Dollar Card benefit program. The program provided 500 Centurion cardholders in the Latin American market an exclusive limited-time offer and exclusive shopping experiences, generating $36K in revenue within the first 3 months.

Through this partnership, I helped establish a new revenue stream for Saks Fifth Avenue and curated marketing collateral that strategically positioned the brand as the digital luxury pure-play leader.


My role encompassed the following key areas:


  • Integration: I collaborated with external partners and internal stakeholders to seamlessly integrate Klarna's financing features into Saks Fifth Avenue's digital channels (online, app). This included conducting thorough testing of the integration, developing reporting dashboards to monitor pre and post launch KPIs, formulating a robust marketing campaign launch strategy, and creating educational resources to enhance customer support services. The successful integration led to a more user-friendly shopping journey for customers and a 30% boost in AOV.

  • Marketing Strategy: I forged a data-driven, full-funnel marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention by leveraging customer behavior insights and market research. I managed a $2M marketing budget to design and implement co-branded campaigns across 7 CRM channels (paid media ads, targeted emails, push notifications, etc.). In addition, I co-created promotional events with Klarna that aligned with peak sales seasons to drive conversion, which generated daily revenue surges of $100k - $150k during campaign periods.

  • Partnership Performance Management: In addition to my marketing contributions, I've spearheaded comprehensive partnership health checks to optimize product performance, identify potential risks, and discover growth opportunities. Through these in-depth business analyses, I provided strategic insights to drive partnership growth and aid senior leadership in making well-informed decisions regarding resource allocation, ultimately contributing to a $525M sales increase for Saks Fifth Avenue.

Through this collaboration, I strengthened Saks' position in the fragrance market while creating a unique and personalized fragrance discovery experience for customers.


My role encompassed the following key areas:


  • Partnership Development: I facilitated seamless collaboration between Saks' buying team, fragrance brand partners, and Scentbird's team to build the initial collection, create an exclusive post-purchase offer to incentivize customers to purchase full-size fragrances on Saks.com, and introduce 10+ additional fragrance products post-launch. In addition, I aided in curating a co-branded landing page integrated into Scentbird's platform to provide subscribers with a user-friendly experience to explore and customize their personalized fragrance subscriptions. As a result of these efforts, the conversion rate increased by 10% for the Saks.com fragrance category.

  • Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign Execution: I collaborated with Scentbird to co-create a 360° co-branded marketing campaign utilizing their audience reach across 5 marketing channels (site, email, app, social media, direct mail).
