Over the course of the partnership with American Express, I worked closely with the Director of Business Development to create a multi-channel marketing strategy focused on driving brand awareness and cardmember spending for the American Express Membership Rewards Points, Saks Platinum, and Saks Centurion benefit programs.
I contributed to developing 360° marketing campaigns across 9 digital and offline channels and led campaign performance reporting—these campaigns consisted of personalized experiences, influencer partnerships, email newsletters, and more. By collaborating with 8 internal teams across the organization, creative agency partners, and the Retail Partnerships department at American Express, I was able to implement these initiatives effectively.
In addition, to drive mutual growth for both businesses, I’ve launched the Saks Centurion International Dollar Card benefit program—an exclusive limited-time offer catered to 500 Centurion cardholders in the Latin American market.

Before officially launching Klarna on Saks.com, I collaborated seamlessly with internal stakeholders and external partners to integrate Klarna’s financing features into Saks.com's product pages and checkout flow. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue.
To bring this strategy to fruition, I've managed the allocation of a $2M marketing budget to design and implement exclusive limited-time offers and 360° marketing campaigns—including paid media ads, influencer partnerships, and more. I strategically curated these campaigns to position Saks as the digital luxury pure-play leader.
Also, I've taken the lead in conducting periodic partnership health checks to improve product performance, enhance marketing initiatives, and provide strategic insights to guide senior leaders in making well-informed investment decisions to drive the partnership's growth.

Additionally, to promote this partnership, I worked closely with Scentbird to develop an exclusive limited-time offer and 360° co-branded marketing initiatives, including product launch events, influencer partnerships, social media campaigns, and more.
Through this partnership with Scentbird, I strengthened Saks’ position in the fragrance market while enhancing the shopping experience for customers by providing them a unique fragrance discovery experience.
